We make clean-fuel revenue simple for everyone who electrifies.
FuSE's mission is to create a world where green transportation is accessible and affordable to all — for individuals, businesses, non-profits, and public agencies. We turn a complex, administratively heavy set of government programs into a straightforward, recurring revenue stream for electrified fleets and charging sites.
From services firm to platform for clean-fuel programs
FuSE began as e-Mission Control, a specialist services firm helping zero-emission fleet operators navigate Low Carbon Fuel Standards. In 2024 we became FuSE — evolving from a services-first company into a software platform that automates clean-fuel participation end to end, while keeping the hands-on service our partners relied on from the start.
Today that same team runs registration, data collection, reporting, third-party verification, credit aggregation, and payout for operators across every active clean-fuel market in North America — all inside one platform.

Real impact, measurable results
Principles that shape how we build and how we work
Access for all
Clean-fuel revenue shouldn't be reserved for the largest operators. We make it reachable for fleets, sites, hosts, non-profits, and public agencies of every size.
Service, then software
We started as a service team and never lost that. The platform does the heavy lifting, but our Customer Success team is always a message away.
Every eligible asset counts
We work to capture every qualifying vehicle and energy stream, so nothing that could earn is left off your credit generation.
Always current
Programs change constantly. Our proprietary process adapts quickly to new rules and new markets so you never miss a reporting window.
Who we work with
Our partners operate zero-emission vehicles and equipment across a wide range of settings — at airports, seaports, retailers, grocers, transit agencies, campuses, distribution centers, and municipalities.
Charging Site Hosts / Depots
Monetize kWh dispensed at public and private chargers.
Commercial EV Fleets
Turn fleet charging into a recurring revenue stream.

The team behind FuSE
FuSE is led by a team of experienced zero-emission transportation, policy, and compliance professionals, supported by the engineers building our platform.
Todd founded FuSE in 2019 to blend software and zero-emission fleet expertise to maximize value in clean fuel programs. A mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience combining clean transportation and regulatory affairs, he has led regulatory strategy for clean energy technology globally. Before FuSE, he oversaw the $102M ZANZEFF START Phase 1 Project, coordinating with OEMs, shipyards, schools, and consultants. Todd now leads FuSE's day-to-day operations.
