Take control of your electrification costs.
Turn-key Clean Fuel Program management for every type of on- and off-road electric vehicle and equipment, across every active program in North America.
What a Clean Fuel Program actually is
Clean Fuel Programs, sometimes called Low Carbon Fuel Standards, are market-based regulatory programs run by state, provincial, and federal agencies to encourage the use of low-carbon fuels — electricity and hydrogen among them. Fuel suppliers whose products exceed a carbon-intensity target must buy credits. Fleets and charging operators running on electricity generate those credits, and can sell them.
The practical effect is that the energy you already use becomes a revenue stream that offsets the cost of operating electric vehicles and equipment.
End to end, from enrollment to payment
Enrollment and registration
We enroll your assets with whichever regulator is responsible for your jurisdiction: CARB in California, DEQ in Oregon, Ecology in Washington, the New Mexico Environment Department in New Mexico, the Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions in British Columbia, and ECCC federally in Canada. Registration is handled end to end by our in-house regulatory team.
Data collection
Where your charging management system offers an API, we pull consumption data automatically. Where it doesn't, we use structured intake tools or connect you with sub-metering partners who can handle the install, so eligible energy isn't left uncounted.
Reporting
Quarterly submissions in the U.S. and annual submissions in Canada, each prepared in the format the receiving regulator requires and validated before filing.
Verification
For programs that require third-party verification, we manage the process end to end: developing and maintaining your Monitoring Plan, pre-verification review, documentation preparation, verifier coordination, and post-verification follow-up.
Aggregation and sale
Credits are pooled across our portfolio and sold directly to obligated parties rather than through brokers, which removes a layer of cost between you and the buyer.
Payout
Quarterly payments in the U.S. and annual payments in Canada, by direct deposit.
Scale that shows up in your credit price
What generates credits
FuSE reports on nearly every electrified asset type eligible under clean fuel programs. If it runs on electricity and you operate it, it is worth checking.
Every active program in North America
We manage participation across all six active clean-fuel markets, and monitor pending programs as they develop.
California LCFS
CARB's Low Carbon Fuel Standard, in force since 2011.
Oregon CFP
The Department of Environmental Quality's Clean Fuels Program, launched in 2016.
Washington CFS
The Department of Ecology's Clean Fuel Program, launched in January 2023.
New Mexico CTFP
The Clean Transportation Fuel Program, currently in development.
British Columbia LCFS
British Columbia's Low Carbon Fuel Standard under the Low Carbon Fuels Act.
Canada CFR
The federal Clean Fuel Regulations, administered by ECCC.
We meet your data where it lives
Where your charging management system offers an API, FuSE pulls consumption data directly, which removes manual quarterly uploads and the errors that come with them. Where an API isn't available, we use structured spreadsheet intake or connect you with sub-metering partners who can handle the install. Either way the data lands in one place, validated before it reaches a regulator.

We're only paid when you are
FuSE is paid from the credits we sell on your behalf — not through licence fees, hourly billing, or per-transaction charges. Access to the platform is included. That structure keeps our incentives aligned with yours: every eligible asset we capture and every point of price we negotiate benefits both sides.
Let's find out what your charging activity is worth.
Talk to our team about the programs where you operate, and we'll put together a credit projection based on your actual assets.
